1. What this service is
futures-calculator.com (the Site) is a free informational service that performs trading calculations in your browser. It requires no account, holds no funds, executes no orders and connects to no exchange account.
Using the Site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation to enter any transaction. The calculators do arithmetic on numbers you supply; they express no view on whether a trade is a good idea.
Leveraged and derivative trading carries a high risk of losing your capital, and losses can exceed the margin posted. Every trading decision, and its consequences, are yours alone. Where the law of your country restricts or prohibits derivatives trading, complying with that law is your responsibility.
3. Accuracy and freshness
The Site aims to be accurate and documents how it gets there on its methodology page, including the date each set of exchange parameters was last checked. Even so, the tables are dated snapshots rather than a live feed, exchanges change tiers and fees without notice, and formulas differ in detail between venues and margin modes.
No warranty is given that results are accurate, current, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Before acting on a number, confirm it against your own account on the exchange concerned.
4. Availability and changes
The Site is provided as is and as available. It may be changed, interrupted, restricted or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. Calculators, pages and data may be added, altered or removed.
These terms may be updated when the Site or the applicable requirements change; the current version and its revision date are always published on this page. Continued use after a change means accepting the updated terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, data loss or indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site — including from a result that turns out to be wrong, stale or misread.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for your own trading and educational purposes, and you may link to it and quote it with attribution.
You may not present its content as your own, use it in a way that suggests endorsement by the operator, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or use automated means to retrieve content at a rate that degrades the Site for others.
7. Exchange names and third-party links
Binance, Bybit, OKX, Gate.io, Hyperliquid and other venue names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, to identify whose published parameters a page documents. The Site is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and it carries no referral links to them.
Pages link to exchange documentation and other third-party resources so that figures can be verified at their source. Those sites are outside the operator's control, and their content and terms are their own responsibility.
8. Privacy, law and contact
Information handling is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
